Just got a Eureka Special model no S5020034 and I'm beginning work on it. I've gotten the machine tore down to the motor housing but I'm having trouble figuring out how to remove the impellor. It's got three screws at the base and one towards the top. Please if someone knows how to remove it please let me know how to. Thanks!

Double-check that model number. What you gave might be the serial number.

If it's an early straight-suction model (like a model 9), it won't have a model number on the builder's plate. Just the serial number....
