hey everyone, brand new to this forum but i am looking for a water basin for my old rexair model b. any ideas?

Be patient and persist!

Your best bet is probably to find another B somewhere with a water pan.  Odd parts occasionally show up on ebay, craigslist etc.   You could also ask local vacuum shops to let you know if they ever come across one.
