It was actually called the Dirt Devil Upright Plus XF. It had a set of vent louvers on either side of the bag door towards the top, which made it a little bit like the Dial-A-Matic, although nowhere near the quality. Behind those vents were foam filters for slightly better filtration. I picked one up in the trash about a dozen or so years ago with a burnt-out motor, so back into the trash it went.

Thanks everyone! :) Btw, its the dirt devil plus xf, and it looks like a classic..which I may get! I love 90's dd's..i have the Dirt Devil Featherlite 8.7 amp. Looks like a Lite Plus! Works good, but so loud! |
