i am open to suggestions of the fastest & best way to shine the aluminum housings on my kirbys. i have several to do. so far i have done wet dry sanding & alum. polish. it has helped some but how far do you have to go to get that shine. there is some age staining, no pits. so is it old school or new techniques. i would like to hear from those who have labored at this & succeded. THANKS:kirbydude

Buffing wheel and Kirby's own polishing wax, though practice on some other things before tackling the Kirby parts, just incase... :)

Mother's MA polish. I've always just used elbow grease and a rag, but I don't see why it couldn't be done on a buffing wheel to save some time.
