Hello i just recently started collecting vacuums and picked up my first GE Vacuum I cannot seem to find out any information
about this model. Any information would be appreciated

That is a very very cool machine! Never seen a ge in that color. Looks very nice!

I see you got a few other great machines. The Hoover 700 is one of my favorite models. I have one myself.

What is the model number of the vacuum? I think I know where to look to find the production date.

I found a production list for GE vacuums from an old issue of the newsletter. Model AV-5 was made in 1938. BTW, club member and my friend, Marc Turbyfill provided the list.
