Sounds like you have a loose nut that holds the fans to the motor shaft.this will cause the loose fans to make noise. This is a good time to break down this machine clean the fans and inspect the motor brushes for wear. Richard new2youvacuums |

I find while servicing those machines that people that store the machine on its butt end crack the plastic motor shell. Richard new2youvacuums |
