Oh I am sick. Very very sick. I am contemplating if I am a hoarder.

Picked up another goodie at goodwill. Just about walked passed it until I saw the cloth hose dangling out the side of the bin.

The Kenmore Commander At home.

Do pardon the paint scuffs and scratches. Its a tad rough. But doesn't seem so bad on the top in person.

Didn't polish the bullet nose yet.

What a fun vacuum! It looks like a bomb/rocket! Very cool design.

The hose is original and in great condition. (does have a little piece of tap on one end.

You are making my spidey senses tingle! That looks very much like a machine my aunt sent me via railroad shipment back when I was 7 maybe? She was died in the wool Sears Kenmore only shopper, I remember it being very Buck Rogers looking, that is about it. So, I'm a thinkin...............

Anyone, how old would that have been in lets say 1964? Old enough for a housewife to want a new model?

Anyone got an approximate date for this machine?

Thanks!

The bearings are a little dry. Might make a fun rocket car out of it. :D

Are you saying the machine was new in '64? I would have thought this machine to be much older.
