Nice job, Kevin. I like that beautiful Lux! Are you the guy that was doing the vacuum Origami? Have you done anymore? They were really wonderful....John

That Electrolux!!

Is to DIE for!!! I wish some of those European machines would make it to the States, we never see them here!

most interesting!

thanks for posting!
This is highly interesting for me, as I used to work for Braun for a couple of years but here in Germany they never had any vacuums for sale. I did know they would sell some in Spain, though - but never could I find out how they looked or what original manufacturer they came from.

Apparently the Braun is some "Progress" derivate, the canister looks very unique, Progress never had those, but the nozzle tells it all: Put it on its front edge and kick down those 2 foot knobs.
You might want to compare them and have a look at Stephan's Progress vacs website:

Thanks for letting me know about the Braun vacs, it took me almost 3 decades to find out!
Joe

@kenkart

Well...to be honest, mine is the only one I saw in the real life! They're very difficult to find even over here, same thing happens to me respect some american or japanese models, I die for them!
