What models of the US issued Hoover JR are there? I've only known of the Honey one. |

Ron,
There were three others: the first one is the model 1330, sold from 1967-1968. Styled with a green bag and gray cover plate. The next one was the model 1340, sold from 1969-1972, and styled in brown. The third one was the model 1348, styled in green and seal greige, sold from 1973-1977. And the last one - the one you're referring to with the honey color - was model U1025, sold from 1978-1980, although some wholesale outlets continued having inventory of it through 1982. ~Ben CLICK HERE TO GO TO KirbyClassicIII's LINK |

Ron,
Also... prior to the 1330 Lightweight Upright, Hoover had three more such sized vacuums throughout the 1950s. These were: Model 115 Lightweight Upright - produced 1949-1953 (trim color is various shades of brown) Model 12 Lark - produced 1953-1956 (trim color is dark red almost throughout; cover plate is gray) Model 14 Lark - produced 1955-1957 (trim color is white and light blue) ~Ben CLICK HERE TO GO TO KirbyClassicIII's LINK |
