I can say it's built better than the Oreck, it's a lot quieter and does a fantastic job. It does not work as well as the full size upright but it wasn't meant to compete with that machine anyway. |

I will say it is an impressive motor. nothing at all like the tiny power nozzle motors used by other lightweight vacs. |

If you'll notice the fan blades are pretty close together. I don't think this would survive anything more than a penny or dime. |
