I wanted to share my auction with the collectors on here in case anyone was interested.

Selling my Miele S5 Leo, used about 5 times! Was really bitter about the whole Miele Vacuum fiasco so it just sat for months.

Letting it go to a good home now!

Thanks,
Andrew

the whole Miele Vacuum fiasco

Hmmm . . . this discussion predates my time here and since the archives aren't searchable, what "fiasco"?

Um...

These forums are searchable.

Go to the index, and click "Forum Archives"

HooverCelebrity, many thanks for the detailed overview!

I should have been more specific; I meant *keyword* searches.

When I registered, I asked Fred Nelson if the site had a search engine for the archives and his reply was, "Not yet". Frustrating since I like to research a lot of topics.

Since then, I sorted out how to use google to do keyword searches specific to the Vacuumland site and am about to post the procedure in a separate thread since I don't see it referenced in the archives.

Did I just turn around in a circle? ;o)

I'm not sure if this is the same, however it is the way I do my searches of the archives here on vacuumland:

1.) Pull up google;
2.) Type in the search bar: "site:vacuumland.org" [[ w/o the quote marks ]], then a space, then whatever keyword(s)

This USUALLY finds what I want; however, NOT always.

[[ On a current page you are veiwing, a lot of times you can use "Control + F" key combination to bring up a search link for use. ]]

Hope this helps everyone.

Cheers & hagd all.

Bill
