Very nice James, I have never seen a Bison that color before. We had a green one but that looks to be more of a turquoise. Great find!!!

Beautiful machine, James. I'm so glad 'one of us' won it and doubly so as you had the resources to make the casing repairs. I hope you wrote back to the sad seller with pix showing what you've done to keep this Bison alive - he'd appreciate it I'm sure. :-)

Now I'll go track down that nozzle-less Ohio one that didn't sell within days of yours...and pick it up for a song and dance, maybe.

Thank you very much for taking the time to do that... I'm into switches LOL. Does it have infinantly variable speeds, or a set number? How do you make it work over there? Just plug it into an adapter? I take it you won't use this gem, huh?

is this by any chance the Bison that had some major issues witr rotting that was on ebay? because if it is than WOW it is a beautiful machine and I love the work that was done. hope you make a vid of it.

Hi Bobby yeah the switch does have infinantly variable speeds and are not preset in stages..

Hi Mike. Yes it is the bison that had the damage on ebay.
But Charlie fixed it all up 4 me before sending it to me.

So to keep it all new its not going to be used and will be put back in its box and stored away...

I'm keeping the original box in the big box it came in to help protect it. Hopefully:-))

Any one with any other question please feel free to ask.

James

James, could you show the machine with the front head off, and hose attached, and the different attachments? Also, how does the front head come off,,ect, is it simular to the Kirby as far as changing attachments, blower function ect? Thanks for all the pics and info!

Hi Brian,

Sorry can't take any more pics at mo as its now been boxed up again.
It has a diffrent set up to the kirby. More of a push on fitting.
I found it more fiddly....
Once I get it out again I will take more pics 4 you...

James

Great machine James.

Being a learner, i havent yet moved onto Kirby standard machines, but i definately see the attraction (and the design cues) in this machine.

wonderful shade of green and very nicely shaped too.

congrats on a great purchase.

cheers
paul

Home ,home on the vacuum range

Wonderful! Thanks for posting this! BTW,would you be so kind as to possibly post the instruction book under owners manual section? I saw one awhile back and that cover shot of little miss priss 1968 posing daintily from the distance as she admires that gleaming new Bison "beast" is a hoot-and-a half. Thanks again,a gorgeous machine.
