Hello again.
I've just came home from a dinner at a friend of mine who told me she had a present for me.Now, what is the most appreciatable present for a vacuum cleaner collector? Guess...
Well Im going to post some pictures of a type of hoover vacuum cleaner I've never been so fond of (stick brooms), but since it is the first one I get and it is from a period that I love so much (the seventies), I'm very proud to share them with you.
Moreover the way my friend found it, she was walking home with a-how to call him "possible future boyfriend", yes- and they passed close to a mountain of trash from which a handle came out and she decidedt to bring it home for me. Now nobody knows what happened to the man and to their possible relationship, but she is surely my best friend ever!
Tommy

What a nice present! If it works as well as it looks, you've got it made!

hi, it doesn't seem to work so fine. It looks like it's totally wet. I disassembled the vacuum taking all alecrical parts apart to dry and the rest in the dishwasher for a mild general washup. Then it's going to reassembled (and this time I had to take some pictures tu remember how it was) and then all the parts cleaned and polished. I don't expect it to work fine but to look at its best. I'm impressed by the size of the motor and the way all the machine was designed...Let's see what happens!
