So yesterday I was using the Jet Flo MC5116 to vacuum the kitchen floor and all a sudden I thought a piece of debris was caught on the brushroll so I checked and I noticed the brushroll was about to come off itself so I tried to place it back but it doesn’t want to stay. So I don’t know what to do, the base part is really hard to find and if I ever come across one in nice condition, how would I take off to replace? I really don’t want to get rid of it because this is a Panasonic and they’re really great vacuums.

Very easy to replace so if you find one do not worry.
