Hi,
I think any of the pan converter tool sets should work with that model. Since it was a BOL, it probably would sell with the short set that included a hose, one wand, crevice tool and the furniture brush which was a combo dusting and upholstery tool. I see it's a plastic base machine so my guess is the tool set is all white instead of taupe or greige, and might have a plastic wand instead of the metal one. It could have the plastic hose end with ring lock instead of aluminum but someone who knows more than I do can confirm or deny on that. There are often tool sets on eBay complete with box for relatively inexpensive, so you might find what you're looking for once someone gives a number for the correct set. That's a nice looking machine. As a kid I found the orange hood plastic base Convertible in the trash, whatever model, good shape, I wished I kept it, but I was too afraid to plug it in. Now I never see them. |

I had a Eureka ESP with the pan to do the cobwebs and stuff around the basement, and it is virtually the same as Hoover's toolkit. I always remembered it doing a great job and did the stairs and baseboards with it and everything. They have foam gaskets around the top (or bottom?) where it connects to the bottom plate of the vacuum, make sure those are in good shape so it gets a good seal.
Paul, do you know what attachment set the Hoover Convertible U4127 takes? Would it be the same kit? |
