Even though I don't live under EU regulations, I made this video showing (what I believe) is a massive deception created by the European Commission.

It's a "talkfest" I suppose.

I have always suspected that the EU vacuum ratings to be quite bogus and you have just proven it.

I think it's just more of that "nanny state" government doing their work, trying to control and corral people into buying certain products. I can;t imagine something like this working in the USA. Here people think noisy vacuums are great, lol I just got a bagless HEPA vac and I get ringing in my ears if I use it too long.
