Perusing eBay tonight, I ran across a Model 30 (XXX) Electrolux that I believe is an early model. It seems to have the correct items I can recall that would put it late 30’s possibly. Flat runners, different style bag door handle, and the one piece exhaust port instead of the swinging saloon door style you see on newer models. Check it out!
