I got a late start on my sat. chores. So it was about 7 pm
last night when I went for my very favorite Kirby Heritage II.
The hose and new tubo tool was still on. As Wed/Thu. was such
a great day outside that I used it to vacuum the car. So I
put the carpet head back on to do rugs. It started slow, then
got faster, then came the smoke and sparks! Darn, I had done
many a armature replacements for people over the years. Never
had the experience of burning up a vac I loved and was using.
To think I had just bought the tubo tool and the carpet shampooer. Plus waiting on an order of shampoo to arrive at my door. OH well, this too can be and will be fixed. Just
was not ready for it right now!

I know the feeling

While moving I sucked up something into my eureka esp power drive I was just starting to really restore. Well to make a long story short it blew out the blower blade and shattered to peices. I was sooo upset I have not even started taking it apart. Plus just buying a home does not allow for much time.
