Almost too nice to eat. I have discovered brushing my pizza pans or stone with olive oil gives a nicer bottom crust which I used to before get saugy depending on the toppings. I never thought to bake it in a glass dish. |

~ I baked this pizza on a large metal baking pan, the kind used for baking cookies. I brushed the pan with olive oil then sprinkled flour over it, jiggling it back and forth to form an even film on the surface of the pan.
