Have been using my T Series for 4 years now. Our usage is 2-3 times a month and would consider our usage as very light to light. Started to experience a very loud noise all of a sudden. The noise is very loud and obnoxious.

Anyone experienced the same? Please share your thoughts on resolution.

TIA

Dirt coating the internals

Have you cleaned all of the prefilters regularly? If so, that is really odd that it is that loud all of a sudden.

Yes, I clean it quarterly. Everything that can be removed and cleaned up.

Did you check the brushroll? Brushrolls on these usually go bad after awhile because their Brushrolls are plastic when they heat and melt the end caps while you are vacuuming.

I have worked on a few of these machines try checking the nut that tightens the fan to the motor shaft.I found out the nut has no locking washer & the nut comes loose over time.I also tighten the nut down with lock tight the fix seems to be holding out so far.I hope this helps you out?
