Full bag or dirty filter if its been used bagless. Or possibly a blockage somewhere. Don't quote me on that though. |

I hope so! Lady said it comes with no bags whatsoever so maybe it's been used bagless ;D Cheers Emma! I hope it aint the motor though, never seen a Henry with this issue before |

Have you checked the bag is not full? Filter is clean? Are the wands and hose free from clogs? Failing all that it could be either the motor sound insulation in caked in carbon dust not letting the motor cool properly. It could also be a dust build up on the motors fan blades causing drag, resulting in the motor over heating. |
