These are made by Thomas vacuums of Germany - we don't get them that much in the UK but they've been on the market for several years.
You get a standard suction only floor head with most of the water suction vacs and they also take dust bags, so yes it is like a mini wet and dry. CLICK HERE TO GO TO sebo_fan's LINK

Thomas also do bagged cans/cylinders - the last was the "Crooser" I found which was like a love child between a SEBO K and a Miele S6.

In dry mode, you have a choice of using either a bag OR water filtration, so it's quite flexible in that regard.
The water filtration on these is a bit different to others; it doesn't merely bubble the air through the water, nor does it employ a separator like a Rainbow or Hyla. Instead, the incoming air creates a venturi effect that draws up water from the container, atomises into a fine spray, and wets down the dirt as it enters the container inlet. Not sure I can think of a better way to explain it, so I've attached a link to the English language website. Click on the video and it gives a visualisation of how the water filtration works on this cleaner. CLICK HERE TO GO TO spiraclean's LINK |
