most likely it would be due to the bag being full as these are great machines! also a small tip of advise. NEVER use sugar to test out your machines! one day that will become a sticky and buggy situation. |

Then what should I used to test out machines? And I think the bag is in right. I turned it on and the bag puffs up really big, with air coming out from the top. |

Most likely you need to change the bag. I've never had that problem on mine but sugar can be sticky and could possibly stick inside and come back out later.
And in my opinion $120 is too high. You can buy a brand new one for less than that and used ones are common. I think they are very good machines though. I like mine, and paid $8 at the thrift store. It just needed a good cleaning and a new bag and belt. |
