Just picked this little thing up from a charity shop. For some reason, the suction is terrible, and it has a brand new bag in it? I find that a bit odd but never mind :) |

Perhaps a clog? Take the tubes off and take them outside. Look through the end up to the sky. If you can't see daylight, its clogged. Does the motor sound like it's struggling? |

One more thing, if you let, check the motor pre filter, could be clogged. Might never been cleaned. It happened to me once with a friend's vacuum. |

Tried for clogs, filters etc but maybe it's just not a very powerful vac lol. |

Well in that case, all that is left is to whip the motor out and see if the fans are clogged with debris. |
