Wow that's a big collection Steve, it's an excellent achievement to have some many Vac's and varieties of Vacs that you like. I don't think I'll ever get to that amount, I tend to just go with the Kirby's I want and theres only so many of them I can get. At the moment I do have a couple of the same model but I think over time I'll just have one of each Kirby model not much point in having two three four of the same.

Apparently Dyson's Customer Service is pretty unsupportive of any problems you may talk to them about these days. Their products come with a 5 year guarantee also. |

Not according to Dyson on Facebook but that was someone who had gone over the top & was demanding allsorts from them. I do think 5 year warranty has to be backed up by some durability. |

Yes the entire base broke off my DC07 in shipping (seller didnt believe in bubble wrap) and then 3 months after buying it I tripped over the base and my foot sheared the rest of it completely off before I even had a chance to fix it. Once I get to that point I will be looking for a replacement base.
