That Dustette (Model 100) would be from around 1951-1952.

The hoover dustette model 100 ran from January 1946 until July 1955 until it was replaced by the model 2504 which ran from July 1955 until July 1959 however there was also a model 2614 on sake at the time but that came with all the cleaning tools etc...

Just seen the vid too, forgot how powerful it was!
I put the cable tie on so long ago I've forgotten what the part looks like!

Looks like the service manual will come in handy for greasing the bearings too
