Not knowing where the metal is that you get shocked on , it would be hard to say why the shock. Most of the time someone gets shocked touching the metal on the hose or other metal (wands) it is static electricity. |

All you gave was a serial number. I think it might be a Marquise which has a different hose end than your LEs . I would check with the clsest Aerus dealer before making a decision on hose. |

Tig21er, I didn't know there was a B-10 shampooer till now. Did it go by more than one name? Was/is there also a B-11, B-12...? |

Floor pro is the name for B-10 and hasn't changed. |
