They're a little too new to be rare ... ... but if that one cleans on the ceiling instead of the floor then it really IS rare!

Comes to the Rescue!
All kidding aside, I'm just joshing you about your upside-down picture (not to be nasty or anything). Those cleaners came out sometime around the '90s, if my memory serves me properly, so they're not quite rare just yet.
