Great find, and nice job on the cleanup! Looking forward to seeing the before pics. And not only is your bag genuine Hoover, but it is the original bag for the model 26 or 28.
The 825 is one of my favorite coffee cans! I have one too, all original except for the bag, but it is also genuine Hoover. Jeff |

This is a wonderful machine - it's craftsmanship, engineering and quality of construction put it very near the top of the list of the very best that Hoover produced before WWII...congratulations! |

I have one of those too, my favorite thing about it is when you turn it on it has a little red hoover sign on the headlight that lights up. I think mine was rebuilt at the Hoover factory because it says that it is a Hoover Special.... Dan |

Very nice 825. This is what the original bag looked like. Henry Dreyfuss designed the eye to flow "up the ladder" from the bottom of the bag to the top.
