I found this machine in some distress (and cheap) so I took it under my wing. It isn't in too bad of condition, but all of the wheels were shot. They had deteriorated and a previous owner had Mickey-Moused them with epoxy, smaller wheel inserts, etc. I stopped at a couple of older vac shops in the area and came up with one hubcap (needed all four), three aqua wheels, and one tan wheel. So, it's got one mismatched wheel. Just don't look at the other side.

It came just as you see it, with nothing but the basic canister. In one of the vac shops I visited, the guy had a wand and power nozzle for this exact model, but he wanted $39.95 (that's forty dollars to me), which is about 12 times what I paid for the canister itself. I'll wait a while and maybe a nozzle will come along at a low price.

This isn't the 1960ish version, but I guess a couple of years later, as it has the Electrolite plug on it.

Very quiet machine.

They're listing $32.xx for shipping to Seattle.

Well, that does not seem unreasonable to me. The handle is very long and will require a long box to ship it in. Plus, you have to assume (hope like hell) they pack it well. I do always ask this before bidding on something with such potential for destruction in shipping.
