Hello all,
A few friends got together in St.Louis last week. It wasn't a mini meet though. Anyhow Tania, Duane, Rick, Chad, John, Alex, Marty, Patrick, and myself met up to do a little thrifting, wining and dining, estate sales, and vac shops.
I got a few treasures that week. Some of them need some cleaning and I will get to that soon.
Here is part of what a packed in my car

This is at John's house after cleaning out the car before repacking to go out again the next day. P.S. the Kirby and Compact C-5 are Chad's

This is after I go home and unpacked everything I got.
These are the canisters. My pride and joy is the Fairfax with th Rugmaster nozzle. That was the first power nozle that Fairfax used. I also got an airway Rugmaster power nozzle for a Mark V for parts. Then there is a black Water Matic/Filter Magic, Kenmore Horizon, Compact C-4 with flat lid, Filter Queen 500, Canadian Lux 89, Lux Super J, Golden J, 1205, and yes that is a Lewyt Electronic!

Sadly I don't have the power nozzle for the 89 lux. The white lux in the pic is for the model R lux. I just bought this seperate at a vac shop because I have a model R.

I do have the original electric hose to this but it is in really bad shape. Would LOVE to fine the green power nozzle for it.

I didn't get any pictures of us. One of the others will have to post theirs if they have any.

Phillip! Good job!

I'm glad it wasn't a mini-meet......those are terrible. That's why we have conventions, so you don't have to associate with vacuum people on other occasions!

I'm assuming per my instructions, you all drove in separate cars, and when you arrived at the destinations - you did not speak to one another...

Great machines Phillip! I'm proud of ya!

Rick

Freeeeeeee!!!!!! The jr. Was free thanks to Alex. Hey Rick, you are so right but what can you do when everyone wants to pile in your car? I'll tell you what to do, you charge them for a ticket for the ride, then after you collect for an over priced ticket you make them buy lunch all while you pretend they are your servents.
