Hi. Yesterday my new Kirby G5 arrived to me. It was dirty, because it was sitting in the basement all the time. Seller has Kirby G6, so he wasn't using the G5. I washed up the outer bag, cleaned all the attachments and Kirby. Here you have some photos.

I have some problems with removing Mini Em-Tor. I don't know why, but I also have problems with setting up the Mini Em-Tor, and connecting hose to exhaust port. What to do?

The G5 is really elegant. Now I'm curious about that quick lite wide track box in the back.... it looks interesting.... what is it?

Now that you have your G5, you must have the cleanest house in Poland!

My G5

is my favorite of all my G Series Kirby's.. The only thing about it that I really hate is the Gear whine it makes when pushing it back and forth ( kinda irratating like fingernails on a blackboard) I have had it into The Kirby service center in California several times before I moved here. The noise is a lot quieter but still not as quiet as my Ultimate G Diamond Edition. So I don't use it very much.. But it sure looks pretty sitting there all shiny and Burgundy colored.......

I've just been feeling nostalgic and felt like searching for this. Could you imagine it's been seven years! i was barely 15 when i got this Kirby, haha, oh how much has changed. I quite miss it. I remember i sold it to someone for double the price I got it. Young businessman, innit?

Yes, if one knows how to repair and refurbish them, one could make a small fortune selling them to vac collectors.
