Hello vacuumlanders I have a few questions about the pn 1 first off a fellow vlander jason cme to visit and have a vac service weekend. We did 5 different pn1 and 17 different kirbys from the 508-legend II but that's another story for another thred. This is for the lux. Can you tell me the differences in the white pn1? One of mine has no reset, no clean out Port on bottom plate, but has one piece sheath and short cord and the other has all of those things. I am guessing one is a middle range ( 1961-62 ) and the other is from 62 on??? Okay now does it matter which of these two go to my white L and which go to my G? Next I have a very light tan (almost dirty white) one with brown trim, would this go to my tan G or would it go to the tan L or did they have the same pn1 (keep in mind the G and the L didn't have the same shade of tan.

Ps I forgot to mention my other white pn1 has a two piece sheath with turuoise on the top half of sheath. Okay next I have an all white pn1 with very light grey trim and one piece sheath also light grey. This one has all the extras like reset ETC. Could this be for the AF or the R or again did they have the same pn. I was looking at Charlie's site and his AF pn was a darker grey than mine. Next I have a turquoise pn with two piece sheath. I am pretty sure it goes to both the L and early 1205. Now is there a difference in the pn between the late 1205 and the golden J. And did the super J share the silver pn or did it have a gold one? Last question what did the gold L have? I have never seen one of these in person. I just got one from ebay but of coarse it didn't have a pn.

The first G pn1...

Had 1 long cord with plastic clips that snapped on the hose, also no clean out, and no reset, then the short cord came out, with the main power cord strapped to the hose, the clean out and reset came out about 62.
