As I posted a few months ago we got an (officially) modified Freedom.

Modified in the sense that instead of being bagless as it was originally sold it had gotten an Original Hoover front panel as the seal from cleaner to dust box was not so good and leaked dust more than what it kept in the machine.
Hoover it seems made a normal Turbomaster cover in the Freedoms colour so that once one had fitted a bagged machine fill tube you were set to go with a bag.

The filter arrangement didnt help either as they dont seal so great either.

Roll forward to last weekend when we won this on ebay. Paul collected it and brought it back to my place where it was given a token polish and buff up.

Original Bagless Hoover Turbomaster Freedom Electronic.

Notice the different fill tube for the Permabag to sit,

Probably resulted in a fair few blockages. Certainly more prone to blockages at that.

Interesting setup. I don't think I'd ever use one.

VERY nice lineup!! Always been a big fan of Turbomasters. I also notice you have Aneboda furniture - snap! lol. Gotta love Ikea too.

They look like good machines, I loved the turbopowers which were older machines and they picked up really well.

Dont think would bother with the permabag one though.

Go to agree with your doubting the freedoms Richard.

They do leak a wee bit of dust. lol.

They do look very smart though, especially the turbopower in all its metallic red glory...
