Hi guys!

I've been looking for a good water filtration vacuum cleaner, so I was thinking to buy a Rainbow,a Hyla, a Delphin or a PRO-AQUA, but as you know, they're extremely expensives and I haven't got enough money to buy a brand new one, that was my intention, so I decided to start looking for a used Rainbow, a Hyla, etc. on some second hand websites but the prizes of these machines still so high, even on ebay. Finally I found a BIG POWER for 175 Euros (about $210) which has got the attachaments and it looks so good. Well, I don't know so much about this machine, so I wanted to know if any of you have one, or have used one, if so, what do you think about it?
I read some good reviews of the BIG POWER on epinions.com and there are people taht think that's better than the Rainbow. Anyway, I want to know what's your opinion, because sure you know more about vacuums than the people who have written the reviews, in short: any information would be appreciated.

PD: I draw vacuums, so if anyone got a cool picture of a BIG POWER could you send me one to draw it? And maybe i'll post my vacuums drawing on a new post =D

Greetings,

Kevin.

I used on once, and it seemed to work fine, but I can't say I know much about them. It seemed to pick up dirt well, but I can't speak about it in terms of reliability, cleaning effectiveness beyond what was easily visible, maintenance, or filtration. These are very uncommon vacuums, which is probably why you're not getting replies.

Well between the name and the look of the plastic it looks kinda cheap, but I've never used one so I can't say much.

Thanks Patrick!

Nice to see someone who used one of these, I thought that this forum was dead LOL!
I also wondered how it sounds, is it very loud?

I don't remember. I don't think it sounded that much different from a Rainbow. It didn't make any memorable impression, good or bad.

Here's one:

My Grandparents had one, and they liked theirs. They said it cut down on their house dusting because it cleaned the air and so forth. That's what they always said anyway. They were always positive about it except that it was a lot of work to fill, drain, clean the filters, and haul etc.
Hope that helps!

Alex
