HEy guys, I recently aquired a Kirby Heritage II from a bakery I work at. They said it was to old and they bought a Eureka Bagless plasivac. :( The vac. also said its a turbo on the nozle but that could always be changed. I only have a few pics because my camera was running low on battery but ill post more later. Also, I was wondering how can I polish the metal so its like new because I dont want to mess anything up when I restore it. THNAKS

I have a Heritage II turbo too. It's not my favorite vacuum, but it's nice. Have fun with it!

Some Mothers Polish should make that thing shiiiiiine=], that's what I use on all of my vacuums. Just apply it to a clean cotton rag and work it in a lot. Depending on how dull the machine is, depends on how long to buff it.

Mothers

I use mothers with 00 steel wool this will get to the shine much faster than a cloth. I restore many kirby's and this works great.

Mini Emptor and Bag Guard

Looks like you might need a new Mini Emptor and Bag Guard. Check inside the bag you might need a fill tube too.
