I took my Royal 2075 that was manufactured in 1996 out for a spin this afternoon. While it's not as flexible as a Kirby G series vacuum, I still really like its simplicity of design and its tremendous cleaning power. It's also very light and quite maneuverable. The brush stiffeners help a lot with that! With the "HEPA Type" bags, filtration is vastly improved, and the thing seems to be virtually indestructible too! In short, I really like it! However, I'm just wondering what Royal Metal Uprights are like since TTI took over the Royal Appliance Company. Does anyone have any experience with one of their metal upright vacuums manufactured in Asia? |

I have some Asian built royal metals-Commercial models-3 wire orange cords and orange outer bags.I find the machines work well-but history of life on the Asian motors is still unknown.Think it was a BIG mistake of TTI to maove the Royal production to Asia. |
