Hey guys.... there weren't many vacuums on the Golden Girls.... the Electrolux where Rose blew up her pants and then the one in this episode that I was just watching (I love Youtube, most days... no cable here, and I love GG). Anyway, it's a rather funny looking upright that I don't recognize... it's at about 7:34 in this clip if you want to skip ahead, but it was the one in the garage when Rose was helping Sophia pick out which dog was the right one. I'm perplexed, and I HATE seeing a vacuum that I don't know what brand it is!

Thanks

I think it was like the one pictured. That, or a vintage Oreck. I noticed a white vacuum hose in the garage background too, I'm not sure what episode it was though. Perhaps it was when they remodeled the garage or when they were trying to breed minks.

I remember that episode- Rose used the cheaper version of the Silverado without the cord-reel. Of course, she mindlessly stuck the hose in the blower port rather than the suction port. The Electrolux reps must have hit up Studio 5 in Hollywood!

Bobby,

Thanks for sharing that video clip...the Golden Girls are one of my favorites and I think the scene where is you see the Brush and Beat has to be one of the best skits Sophia had ever done...the look on her face...when Rose called the dog is priceless.
