I had two of those.. Probably about 10 years ago. I didn't know they were so rare.. I gave them both to another club member...

I see he/she/it has removed your text. If, as he/she/it says, people look at the pictures and then have serious questions, I wonder if he/she/it will be able to answer them without the "cheat notes"? I very much doubt it.

The vacuum looks like it needs a serious spa treatment.

It looks like it needs to be taken behind the barn and shot, to put it out of its misery.

No one knows better than you!!

Hey Charlie, if anyone were to plagiarize an eBay ad regarding an Electorlux Vacuum Cleaner, rare or not, they did find the one person who probably knows more about Lux's than any one person on the face of this Earth. LOL!

Thanks Michael, and of course I do not mind at all sharing my knowledge -- that's why my huge web site is there. I just get irritated when eBay sellers grab text from my pages without asking, usually sticking it in the middle of a bunch of illiterate gibberish, or, worse, put "hot links" to my pages or photos in their listings.

This thread has made me break out my "S".....

and get to work on it! I took the body and the bag cover in to get the paint matched. I've been wanting to do this machine for a year now.

Thanks Charles.

The S really is a dainty, darling little machine. I remember quite a few of them from my childhood.
