Ok guys, little help here, or input.I have an older dualV, used a lot, 5 brush scrub, I think 7 amp? and I think 4-5 years old. I bought a new unit recently at Sears, $181, for back up, not a lot of parts would interchange, 6 brush and 12 amp, even the hose is different. Used the new unit yesterday for living room, filled soap container half way, with old unit this would have done 3 rooms, new one was empty when the water tank went dry, I was shocked. Is this the way the new units work, it is not leaking without triggered. Any input would help here, thanks in advance, David.
