Im not sure about Eureka, but there was a purpleish Whit Westinghouse baged Bravo. IIRC it was a more of a Maroon/purple color. I think way back there may also be a BOL Bravo in purple 6amp model. That would sure be a hard one to find.

I have a purple Eureka Precision. I think most of the Bravos are red or black. I find them everywhere.

Yes

Hi, This is Roberts bf, yes there was a purple eureka bravo. My parents had got one when our hoover elite switch went out and they replaced it with the eureka. The purple on the base was almost so dark it almost looked navy blue. The bumper and the bag however was a lighter purple and the bag had the darker purple color swirled in it. The only other thing I remember about that vacuum is that it was a screamer. My mom only used it a few times before she got rid of it for another hoover.

I remember that one to Kyle!
Ken(?) Roberts BF. They sure were screamers. Especially the 12 amp ones. When Hoover came out with the 12 amp Elite is wasnt any more noisy or any more powerfull for that matter than the 5-7amp ones, but the Bravos sure were.

For a direct air uprght......

They were sooooo loud, they cleaned ok. I rather use a Hoover elite, plus the reason u can't ever find a working brovo is the motors were made very cheap
rememer that was the era when eureka killed themselves for the wal-mart shelves.
