I have been eying one of these, and have been meaning to make a thread about it. I really like the looks of it, and it is an earlier Bissell, I liked the early ones, as my mom had a "Bissell "Elite"". Does anyone here have one they would want to sell or trade? Please let me know. THanks, Chase

I don't have one, my my aunt did once. Boy did it groom the carpet. If you even find one, take it. I remember using my aunts many times. It was alot better than our then current vacuum, a Hoover Soft 'n Light (Elite).

Thanks for the pic, Kyle. I couldn't place what that one looked like by the name alone, and google didn't help me to find a picture. I remember seeing those when they came out. Of course that kind of machine doesn't do anything for me... looks more like a toy than anything else, but I understand why some people might like them.

looks like a commercial vac and well built, but we all know that looks and be deceiving

Looks are indeed decieving!

It was very badly built, with poor construction and bad plastics...

that was a good vacuum but very sdhort lived. For some reason a lot of people broke off the top of the handel on those. I have a black one that had that very thing happen to it. The handel I took off long ago and pitched it but sstill have the motor and base. I think it still works? I don't remember what bags those took.
