Here are a few snaps of my Dual Sanitronic courtesy of Marty Rocha. Special thanks to Greg Nunn for shepherding her through her spa treatments. Notice the new matching bag and (w)heels, cord and rubber parts. Thanks to you both for making another dream come true.

I just love the illuminated Kirby logo! Looks like she just rolled off the showroom floor.

Mike that machine came back just beatiful!! That guy in Omaha does by far the best restoration I've seen. Congratulations. I love the lighted Kirby logo. I just wonder why they only did that on that one model? Have fun with your new treasure!!

Amazing!

Shiny as hell!

My Dual Sanitronic could use a good buffing.

That's a beautiful D-50, Mike! How nice of Marty to give it to you, and Greg to give it the Spa treatment. It's my favorite Kirby too. Congrats,

She's beautiful all dressed up with her new dress and other "D50 lady bits" - glad you liked the way it came out!

Absolutely flawless and gooorgeous! I love the Dual 50 with it's lighted Kirby logo.

That man in Omaha does fantastic work. He did a 511 for me and it is so mirror-like that Tania could use it for applying her make up!

Happy Holidays

Glad everyone is enjoying the photos. Yes, the man in Omaha does an amazing job. I'm in awe and thrilled to be the lucky recipient. What a perfect Christmas gift.

Charlie, can't wait to see photos of your refurbished toy. (I haven't spent much time in Vacuumland lately, so if they're on here already, please let me know.)

Take care all and have a fabulous holiday.

Mike

By the way, this is a little off topic, but since I started the thread I think it's ok to add...

Yesterday, a producer from our local San Francisco CBS News interviewed fellow Vacuumland member Robb Nave about his vacuum collection. We'll keep you posted and let you know when it will be aired. With Robb's permission, we've already asked for a copy or link to the segment that can be posted here. Robb gave a great interview and did a great job of showing off his beautiful collection of 47 vacuums.

D50 Lady Bits? LOL!!!

I love that!!! LOL!!

Mr Man! I am so happy that the D50 came out so well!! I'm happy that you like it!

Marty

PS, Why didn't I think of Robb. He lives in the bay area and he's super cute. The perfect choice ;-)
