Hello folks, I just bought a nice Electrolux model R. It's the same color as the AF. I was wondering if it's a rare one or not. I love it and am not parting with it but I would like to know a little bit about it. It does have the cord winder with the original cord. sadly the PN isn't with it. I am guessing since that was an optional thing back then it never had one. The hose doesn't have the cord around it either. One thing about it that throws me way off are the back wheels. They are as small as the front wheels. They are falling apart and it looks like they might have been bigger and just broke down, but they wore pretty even. I mean they are perfectly round. So did they have small ones or were they big wheels like the L? I will try to get pictures posted this weekend. I have MANY pic that I need to get posted. I am just having lots of trouble with the computer. Oh by the way, if anyone has the grey PN that would go to this and don't need it, I would love to have it. |

WOW, THAT IS A SUPER NICE MODEL R! My Aunt had one that she bought back in 1963 and was thrilled she bought it after having her model xxx for years! She sure loved that Electrolux! Airwaylady |
