Hi all, I want to strip the motor down on my Hoover 825, but I don't have service data for this model. Specifically, I want to access the lower bearing, I presume that one has to separate the motor housing from the bottom plate, as on the 150/160, but I'm not sure as how to do that. Or is it a case of gripping the armature to unscrew the fan pulley?

Thanks to anyone that can help!

Wow! A model 825!

How did you get your hands on one of those!
I have 3 Model 800s but I have never come across an 825. Do post some pics when you have time. We'd love to see it.
