Hi, here are a couple of mid 90's Hoover Purepower's these models where know as the Clearheads because of the clear cover on the cleaning head.

Not sure if the Clearhead models where that common ? any UK members know ?

They both require a spa treatment to clean them up , I also have one in orange back in OZ

Love how bright the green is

Mark

here's the head up close, they had matching colour brush rolls, they both really need a good clean....

another odd thing that I'm hoping UK members can help out with ? The red one is branded " Aristocrat " as is the orange one I have.

Any idea what this is ???

Aristocrat is an exclusive to Euronics IIRC.

They were on older machines Exclusives to the Electricity board but when they died out it went to Euronics.

Aristocrat.........

Started off as the exclusive Branding of the Tiger Buying Group- this later became CIH/Euronics......

A link to a Hoover Electron Era ad is attached......

To answer the original question ...

Hey Mark

The Clearhead models are pretty unusual so you are very lucky to have 3- not counting that stunning 90th Anniversary model :).

Are you still over here ? if so we really need to sort something out !
