Hi, I think this may be obvious, but, is it true that the Hoover Dustette was not popular in the U.S.? I believe so, because it was only in the European market where a revival of this model had occurred in the mid 1980s, sold under cat. no. S1122, is yellow in color, and that one was manufactured in Hong Kong, years before Hoover had joined the TTI family. ~Ben | ||

I believe it is the Hoover Duster that is uncommon I have many, many hoover dustette hand vacs, i dont think they are uncommmon. The Hoover duster was hoover first canister, or attempt at one. If anyone knows differently, please correct me, i might be wrong. | ||
