Some of you may know i am BIG into Regina housekeepers and grew up around SEVERAL! I mean SEVERAL!! Well a couple of days later i was looking on ebay from regina vacuums and came across..you guessed it a NIB Regina Housekeeper!!! I have wanted one for years because all the ones i grew up with were thrown out!! But yeah i LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine! This is the Housekeeper ultra! I got it on ebay for (including shipping) $67.00!!!!!! There are about 14 left of them! So get um while you can!! I really love this! I store so many memories! A note to Tom A. you told me you were going to make a bad comment!! BRING IT ON!!! LOL

Otherwise it has really godd suction and the brushes are very stiff and they stick out the the bottem very much!!! This is a later 2 speed model! It works wonderful!

Attached is a couple of pics! ENJOY!!!

Kyle...you are right I would make a negative comment but I won't here. You clearly look happy with your new Regina. I really think that it is a collector's item as not many have survived. The Regina Housekeeper really changed the industry by offering those onboard tools. Enjoy vacuuming with your brand new Regina. Your collection seems to be growing by leaps and bounds! Thanks for posting the pics...I will have to pick on you the next time we talk!!!!

The Regina "Housekeeper" vacuums look like kinda of a neat machine-the ones I have seen lately are beat up badly-non functioning-languishing in a dumpster waiting for the merciless trash truck.I am glad there are some "survivers" of these out there!

Anyone know why these are so rare? (enlighten a poor englishman ;p) they don't look particulary artistic or unique lol

Regina "Houskeepers" were considered an inexpensive clean air vacuum-remember seeing commercials for them on TV-one stuck in my mind-they sucked up nuts and bolts with the hose to show the machine can't be damaged if you picked up large hard objects. But please don't pick up the nuts or bolts with the roller brush floor nozzle!I haven't tried one-but have seen them in the vac "hospital" here for repair.Mostly bag changes, belt change, hose replacement.I don't know the history of these machines.Maybe another VCCC member could fill history of these in.would like to know myself.
