the VG2 in the tristar PN will not turn the spindle and the shaft inside the brushroll will spin but the brushes will not | ||

no the bearings are ok the problem was at the caps that goes in front of the bearings

but there is the pictures of the brushroll parts someone tell me if i have all the parts

I have the same problem with my Kenmore Magic Blue. Sometimes what I do is a take a q-tip(spelling ?) and put water on it and clean out the caps. It works alright for like 40 uses, and then I have to do it again! Wait for someone else to answer, I don't know much about VG-IIs. I got my first VG II vacuums a month ago!
