I'd give anything to own a 220-Volt Eureka-made Parnall! This would be such a unique collector's item! But alas, I can't afford the cost of shipping this overseas, and who knows what shape it would be in once it made it to the "colonies" here.......

Hopefully some citizen of Vacuumland will suck it up for me and I'll be able to see it at a future convention!

Love the fact that they called it the TenTen! That must have been the Eureka model number here in North America - 1010.

It was the Vibra-beat too

These Parnall machines are very rare, the one listed here is only the third I have seen all the years I have been collecting, someone wil be very lucky to have the box etc.
This is mine - its a Vibrabeat rather than a 10-10, although they appear, to all intents & purposes to be the same

Inside is the same as Eureka too

The picture speaks for itself. I am lucky that mine still has a filter and some origional paper bags

The vibrabeat nozzle still works .....

Mind you when it depends on a low power motor and a 50 year old hose its more of a vibratwitch (Thank you, Jack) than a beat, bit you should have seen (and heard!)it go when connected up to first a Dyson and then a Miele (2200 watts)
